The Best Concert

Hi!

In this ocassion i wrote about the best concert that i went, It was on Caupolican Theatre (Santiago), in 2010, November 29.

I went to see a metal band called “Rhapsody of Fire” with my brother, this concert was the first for him.

The band was founded in 1997, in Trieste, Italy. Combines the metal rhythm with classical arrangements of orchestra, inspired by the works of Paganini, Ynwie Malmsteen and others.

I’ve waiting about eight hours after the opened the doors in a row that surrounded the square, when the doors are opened, we run to the borders of the bars, we sang the songs for a hour and half in a- one-voice, in a moment to the top of the theatre somebody lights a  flare… it was epic!.

(Note: The video was the 2018 Concert, because i don't have a video for the mentioned concert u.u)

At the end of the concert,  my brother catched a stick launched for the drummer to the crowd.

That makes me feel very well to reminder, because is one of the lastest activities we made both, and enjoyed to share this first concert with him.

Today, i keep this stick with love and beautiful memories about these day of our lives, maybe is one of the most beautiful was be next to the stage and enjoy without the pressure of the actual trend, with cellphones record the moments.

A Country I would like to visit

I would  like to visit the lands of the leprechauns and the legendary tales, I would like to visit (and live for a time also) Ireland. Some a five years ago i tried to learn irish in the Anglosaxon-Nordic Studies Center in Santiago.

 I want to see the green of the landscapes, visit an Irish Pub on Saint Patricks, live Dublin and  know more about the medieval History of that place, and walk by the countryside roads without pressures; eat the recipes with potatoes that they made, and learn about the culture beyond the commercial myth. 

Also I want to study a Postgraduate Program in Public History and Cultural Heritage in Trinity College Dublin, due to is one of better Programs in the world about the field, and is my current specialization field.

I wish to see a concert of The Pogues, The Dublineers  or another Irish Punk Band.

Visit The Kells Abbey and see live and direct in the Trinity College Library the Book of Kells, a Manuscript with the beautiful art and design.
